How to Order

1. Simply browse for products using the categories, these can be located on the right hand side of the screen.
   
2. Then you can simply add items to your shopping basket, from our basket you can check the contents and make changes at any time.
   
3. When you are completely happy with your order, you can continue to the secure payment section. We accept most major credit cards with the exception of Amex. At this point you will be asked to set up a password with us, this will allow you to come back and login saving your address and previous order details.
   
4. If you would prefer to order by telephone, please have your order details and credit card ready and call 0818 274 088 quoting code "ELGW". If you would like to order by fax, complete the online order form with your credit card details and fax to +44 871 855 6110 making sure you quote "ELGW". Alternatively, you can post your order, not forgetting your payment detail or crossed cheque (sorry no cash please) to Easylife, Unit 7b, Sandyford Business Centre, Sandyford, Dublin 18. Please make cheques payable to "Easylife".
   
5. If any problems or queries or require additional product information, please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to help on 0818 274 088 or email using our convenient online form. We endeavour to respond as quickly as possible, this is usually within one working day.
   
6. Our office hours are 8am - 9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 9pm Sunday, during this time you can speak to one of our Customer Services Team on 0818 274 088. Calls are charged at 12 cents per minute from a BT landline, calls from other networks and mobiles may vary. 

Terms of Trading

All cheques must be drawn on a UK or Irish bank and credit cards will be debited in Pounds Sterling. Cheques are banked on receipt, while credit cards are charged only once the goods have been despatched to you.

 

All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.

 

Despatch

 

The majority of orders will arrive within 15 days, but please allow up to 28 days. We deliver to the UK & Ireland only.

 

Supplementary Delivery charge of EUR17.99 per item for heavy or oversized Items that are marked as shown.
 
Heavy furniture is delivered and positioned in your home, and can be returned free at point of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) unused and in their original packaging within 14 days for a full 'no quibble" refund (excluding postage). We will refund any money due as soon as we have received and processed the returned product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

If in the event goods are faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0871 855 6106 (Calls are charged at 12 cents per minute from a BT landline, calls from other networks and mobiles may vary) or email using our convenient online form. We aim to deal with any faulty goods quickly and offer a full refund or exchange. We will refund any money due as soon as we have received and processed the returned product. Hygiene & personalised products

 

We apologise, but due to the personal nature of some of our products, denoted with (P), we are unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.
